Terms of Service

1. Ticket Purchase & Admission

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
• Each ticket grants admission for one (1) person unless otherwise stated.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless transferred through our official platform.
• Children 10 and under enter free with a parent or guardian.
• You must present a valid QR code at the entrance for admission.

2. Event Rules

• The event is rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather.
• No drugs, coolers, pets, grills, weapons, or drones are permitted.
• Metal detectors will be in use at all entry points.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee for any reason.
• Times and music lineup are subject to change.

3. Vehicle Registration

• Show vehicle gates are open from 7 AM to 1 PM on show day.
• Registered vehicles must match the information provided at checkout.
• The event is not responsible for damage to any vehicles on the premises.

4. Vendor & Booth Applications

• Vendor applications are subject to approval by event management.
• Approved vendors must comply with all local health and safety regulations.
• Booth assignments are at the discretion of event management.

5. Liability

• Attendees assume all risks associated with attendance, including personal injury and property damage.
• The event, its organizers, and sponsors are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
• By attending, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional purposes.
